Milan Fashion shows are now more applicable than ever, with all top designers bracing the Italian city with the chicest and most classic outfit ideas. Here are some top Milan fashion trends that are sure to rock spring/summer 2018 with supreme flair and charm:

SUITS

This year’s events saw top designers making the suit-look absolutely informal with Crayola-box hues and trendy high-rise pants. Be bold and wear yours to work or just break them up with sneakers and a tee.

MIXED PRINTS

You’ve got be living under a rock if you’ve missed the revival of the tropical and funky printed shirts that have already hit the streets and are worth the investment.

MEN’S ROMPERS

The highly disruptive men’s rompers are all the rage on the Italian runways and for good reasons. Ralph Lauren, Boss, Prada, had no-fuss, practical choices for shorts-averse guys.

GRAPHICAL CLOTHING

The recent Milan fashion events witnessed branding paving a new way, with logos and slogans moving from tees to accessories along banded strips and suiting for a more streetwear-enthused spirit.

LONG HEMS

Skinnies never go out of style, but with unstructured tailoring taking over lately, trousers are getting longer and looser. From jeans to track bottoms and tailored trousers, hems were seen with some severe stacking this year.

TECHNICAL FABRICS

Yes, men, this athleisure movement is here to stay! Whether it was with tailored or baggy track pants, tops, hoodies, brands like Hermes and Louis Vuitton showcased a large number of high-tech pieces.

PLAY WITH WHITES

Head-to-toe whites are another popular trend with houses like Giorgio Armani and Ferragamo crafting the most stunning menswear pieces from this plush color. Add some fun with sleek brown/ navy belts and black snappy penny loafers.

Tracksuits for men made a huge comeback where MSGM, Palm Angels and Port 1961 all tried to put their own touch to the classic tracksuit.

Courdroy was the texture in demand at fashion week and Prada made a big case as to why we should go out and buy these immediately. The designs were extremely chic and looked spectacular.

The men’s fashion show at Milano courtesy of Prada brought some amazing pieces to our attention. Designer Miuccia Prada showed us a super chic spring 2018 collection for men and these are our favorite pieces from that collection.

This season Prada showed us that jumpsuits are not only for women. They debuted a gorgeous collection of jumpsuits for men that made us think why anyone hadn’t thought of this genius idea before.

Another strong fashion trend from this collection was the graphic prints that were a mix between our world and virtual reality. These comic book prints looked mesmerizing and become one of the key talking points from the show.

Fendi took the ‘wear what you’re comfortable in’ to a whole new level of awesomeness by incorporating a neck pillow with the striking yellow sweater.

‘Is that your pet animal?’

‘No, that’s my dear polar backpack.’

Basically D&Gs brainstorming behind this ensemble.
