The Set NYC are seeking Artists / Designers for Nov 17,  2017  CHELSEA FASHION ARTS FESTIVAL. Exhibit work in Chelsea Manhattan, network, connect with fashion bloggers, media, artists/ producers/ designers  in NYC, showcase new works, sell, build your brand, help protect and empower children with Freedom Ladder.   Please note, not all submissions are accepted.
