Billy Durney will once again bring his award-winning Brooklyn Hometown BBQ to Dublin - last year he served us a perfect rendition of the Texas-style beef short rib using local Irish beef. And we’re thrilled to add a few more legendary USA barbecue experts to the lineup - Mike Johnson from Sugarfire Smokehouse, St.Louis, USA and Jiyeon Lee & Cody Taylor from Heirloom Market BBQ, Atlanta, Georgia.
