Restaurants and Shops in Cannes

Restaurants and Shops in Cannes

Another Great day of Shopping and Desserts under the Golden Yellow Sun

Restaurants and Shops in Cannes (Starting from Top Left Clockwise)

The day started with a really sumptuous meal at La Plage A Cannes La Croissette,  also known as the Boulevard de la Croissette. Then hopping onto La Canelle for Creamy Desserts which we recommend for everyone visiting Cannes this weekend.
A hard days shopping from Historic downtown Cannes. Ending the day with a hearty Dinner at the most happening bar we`ve recently come across, called La Chunga, a really 5 star experience although extremely busy in a relaxed charming Cannes setting opposite the Martinez Hotels. Recommended for Birthday Parties, and Live Music.
We also ate at one famous old restaurant along the old port, called Le Caveau Provencal, which served some great fish soup and lovely salmon.
Hotel Majestic Barriere Cannes

The Calafornie at the end of the Croissette jut before the port is a good place to style spot. The view from our Room at the Majestic Barriere. A truly awe inspiring hotel which has an exclusive Beach Access, a private Swimming pool and Most Importantly, the hotel where La Fouquets is present, the restaurant of choice for the stars on the Cannes Red Carpet. The rooms are plush, bathrooms fitted with showers and tubs, minibars, flat screen tv and a sea view balcony with an optional butler service.

Pynck at Cannes: Watching the Sunset on Gotha Beach

gotha beach cannes
On Sunday we were back on Gotha Beach , magical sunset transcending into the music of the DJ who lined-up other sorts of entertainment.

If the Red Carpet of La Croisette was tranquil a few hours before the start of the Cérémonie de clôture, that was emphatically not the case for the press and the most assiduous festival-goers who voiced predictions and criticism
One may never be able to choose from the vast cocktail card. Perhaps try the Lady Carlton. But most of all, lay back, relax and enjoy the view : you overhang the entire Croisette.

Pynck Goes to Cannes: Past the Le Voilier towards the Golden Gotha Palm Beach

The Unmissable Le Voilier Restaurant at Cannes
One of the few Hotels with such a stunning view of the sea and the Massif de l’Estérel. Situated just below the Carlton Hotel, serves Tropical Mediterranean Cuisine, fresh sea food and seasonal ingredients.
La voilerie is a restaurant next to the most renowned clubs and festival parties, and meeting place for light and delicious meals before the night takes off

Gotha beach, a superb gathering place in a remote and relaxed, incensed of nature beach in Cannes
