PINK for AW 16/17

In the pink, in the winter.

Pink!? I'm sure it's not only us who associate the color with spring and summer. Whether a pastel baby pink or a bright, vibrant fuchsia. But pink takes a twist this season. Designers say you should be in the pink all year this year!

Designers such as Preen, Simone Rocha and Gucci all gave the color a bit of a spotlight this season.

Gucci presented us with a top to toe pink, fur number. Complete with the trending corsage choker and metallic pink sandals over pink tights.

Simone Rocha goes for a similar look with top to toe pink, with velvet ballerina pumps and a fur stole.

Preen goes for the glitzy pink. Perfect for parties in the holiday season. Will you go into 2017 in pink?!

There are already many pink items on the high street. In addition, the color would make lovely transition pieces.

Feel nice with Simone Rocha Collection Fall 2016

A courageous attempt and a gorgeous outcome by new mum Simone Rocha

Her SS16 collection has already found buyers in Havana in Donnybrook, and is touted absolute stunning, and now coming back from a maternity leave, there was a lot of pressure on Simone Rocha to excel her last attempt. The response was a knock out punch. Droopy pockets, back split, and dropped sleeves along with large size pennier pockets were highlights of the show. As "Tim Banks" puts it "angelic dresses in sheer tulle, delicately embroidered". Here are some exclusive pictures from the show.
